Production Time (Fulfillment)

- We don't have a giant warehouse of pre-made boxes. To ensure top-tier quality and eliminate waste, every single item is custom-printed, stitched, and pressed just for you when you place an order. 

• Apparel (Sweatshirts): Takes 2 to 5 business days to manufacture.
•  Drinkware (Tumblers): Takes 2 to 5 business days to manufacture.
• Please note: Production times may increase during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates and Timelines

• We like to keep your checkout completely stress-free:
• Shipping Cost: 100% FREE on all orders, with no minimum purchase required! At this time, we only ship in the United States.
• Standard Shipping Time: Once production is complete, delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. 

Split Shipments (Why you receive two boxes)

- Since our ultra-soft sweatshirts and durable tumblers are crafted at different specialized facilities, your items may ship separately.

• If you order a sweatshirt and a tumbler, they will likely arrive in two different packages on different days. 
• Don't worry-- you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package so you can monitor their status.

Tracking Your Order

- The moment your items leave the facility, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will include a tracking link so you can check the status of your package all the way to your doorstep.
